GEMSTONE ENHANCEMENT

Many gemstones have historically and traditionally been enhance to improve color, clarity, and/or stability. Unless noted, we must assume that all gems have been subject to the usual and customary industry treatments.

CLEAN AND INSPECTION

We will check and clean your jewelry for FREE. We recommend you do this every 3-6 months.

JEWELRY REPAIRS AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

The Diamond Bar and its employees except no responsibility for the condition of light weight mountings, altered, flawed or chipped stones, poor manufacturing, very worn items, poor workmanship by a previous jeweler or identification of gemstones left for repair, custom design or appraisal. This includes, but not limited to, chemically or enhanced diamonds, gems, or false stamping on metal goods which may be mis-marked. The Diamond Bar is not responsible for any damage during repair to clarity enhanced gems, color treated gems, or any enhancements previously done on diamonds unless specifically notified by the customer. Proof of appraised value on any item brought in for repair is the sole responsibility of customer. The Diamond Bar is not responsible for jewelry left over 45 days.
