EXCHANGES AND REFUND

Jewelry in original condition may be returned for exchange or refund within seven (7) days of the date of purchase and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. All merchandise must be in its original condition. No exchange or refund will be make when this sales receipt is marked final sale.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders involve metal, gems, diamonds, and labor furnished by The Diamond Bar for a specific client. Custom orders cannot be canceled or returned. A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required to place any order. Every effort is made by The Diamond Bar to accurately manufacture or produce the item(s) ordered. Full payment upon receipt of custom work will denote clients complete satisfaction Minor adjustments, such as ring sizes, texturing, or minor stone adjustments in the custom piece, will gladly be made by The diamond Bar to accommodate the wearer at either a modest fee or at no charge depending on the extent of the work involved
